Holy, sh*t! I f*ckin’ love this band’s sound! Check out the avant-gard sonic screwdrivers of the Allston/JP area, Guerilla Toss baby! I’m already hooked -and no I’m not easy! ;-P. These guys need to meet The Ladderlegs, if not we need to inroduce those two! Please go over to Soundcloud or Youtube and crank that craziness up! I just had to add these guys to the MassBands directory!! If you like bands like Sonic Youth or The Velvet Underground -as i do, muchly- you will flip head over heals for Guerilla Toss. It’s like nothing you’ve heard before!

I only discoverd them on a whim, I was looking through the Google Analytics (thanks for the traffic, all -btw!), and noticed by chance that someone had searched MassBands.org for Guerilla Toss. I just had to see what a Guerilla Toss was, and I am happy! You will be too!

Give it up for the Boston based, metal band, Of the Past. Surf over to their ReverbNation page and click “play all”. You shall be pleased. “Nightmares”, “Dark Half” and “Lost in Time”, just stand out to me as stellar songs. You’ll find those and more on their self titled release Of the Past. Nice heavy songs to crank up on a snowy New England day.  Band members included are Bob Stephens on vocals and lead guitar , Nick Petrino on leads rhythm guitar, Steve Strker on drums and Dawne Talbot playing bass.
