Tung

Tung is a gritty, hard rocking band from Rhode Island, with mesmerizing distorted guitar hooks and awesome shrieking rock vocals. I believe my first show with them was a few years back now, at a place called K.C.’S Tap in Pawtucket, RI. This band is bound to leave you breathless. Between Leah’s high octane vocal rhymes and David Lyne’s distorted, flanged guitar-shred this is a band that’s sure to leave you amazed! If you get a chance, check them out next time they come to your local venue. Here’s a youtube video of them playing “Tung Like Water” At KC”s, and here’s one of “She Said”. Enjoy!

Event: Friday 11-18-2011 – Ralph’s Diner

Have we got a show for you, or what?!! Ralph’s Diner, Friday, November 18, 2011, Worcester, MA 01609. I’m not to sure on the order of operations yet, but here is the line-up: Sever the Drama, Tung, The Slobbies, Full-Blooded Mutt. Ralph’s Diner 8:00PM Worcester, MA!! Oh, hells yeah! This is gonna be a good time for all in attendance. Ralph’s Diner is sure one of the legendary clubs of Worcester. I’ve been looking forward to getting back there. It’s great to be playing there under Full-Blooded Mutt. We are gonna rock the house! Let me tell you! We got our friends on board. The show is hosted by John Tru and Ralph’s Diner, doors at 8:00PM

New Featured Artists | Website Updates

I’m working on yet another re-design of the MassBands.net site. From this point on, you can check out all “staged” re-designs-in-progress by adding the sub-domain “v2.” before MassBands.net or any MassBands created site(that has a newer version in the works). I’m hoping to get more input on how things look and work around here. It would be nice to maybe eventually turn this into a “.org” site, more community/consensus driven. Until then, I’ll be your administrator, please keep your trays in the upright/locked position; hope you enjoy the show….
